1 Colher (sopa) de óleo de coco
1 colher (sopa) margarina sem lactose
Modo de preparo
Separe um pedaço (pequeno) do
coco e rale em um ralo fino
(Reserve)
Pique o resto do coco em pedaços
menores e leve ao liquidificador
com a água fervente e bata por 3
minutos
Coe o leite de coco com a ajuda
de um coador de pano ou pano
limpo direto para uma panela
alta.
Reserve o residuo do leite
de coco.
Cozinhe o leite de coco em fogo
alto com o açúcar e o óleo de
coco, quando começar a
engrossar e ficar no ponto de leite
condensado coloque o residuo do
leite de coco
Adicione a margarina e continue
mexendo, quando ficar em ponto
de brigadeiro coloque o coco
ralado e mexa por mais 1 minuto.
então desligue
Espere esfriar e unte as mãos com óleo de coco ou margarina, modele os docinhos e passe no coco ralado que você havia reservado.
